This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of AECORN Realty Inc. ("AECORN," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use our website at aecorn.ca (the "Service"). It also explains your rights under applicable Canadian law and how those rights are protected.
We collect and use your personal information to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, S.C. 2000, c. 5 ("PIPEDA") and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, S.C. 2010, c. 23 ("CASL").

Withdrawing consent to receive marketing communications will not affect your ability to use the Service or receive transactional messages (such as account confirmations, booking confirmations, and service updates).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
AECORN retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is used to improve Service security or functionality, or we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely destroy, delete, or de-identify it.
Your personal information may be processed at AECORN's operating offices in Toronto, Ontario and at the locations of our Service Providers, which may be outside of Canada. By submitting your personal information and consenting to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree to this transfer.
AECORN takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of your personal information will occur to an organization or country unless adequate data protection controls are in place.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Analytics. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to monitor and analyze use of the Service. Email Communications. Resend. We use Resend to manage and deliver transactional and marketing emails. Resend processes your email address and related data on our behalf. Their Privacy Policy is available at https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@aecorn.ca. We will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by AECORN. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. AECORN has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Where required by law, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
